MEET OUR TEAM
Chad Kinsley
Chad is a born and bred PG'er with a strong love for the north. After graduating from DP Todd Secondary School here in Prince George, he completed his full apprenticeship with RHJ from 1997-2000. He became a journeyman plumber gas fitter 2000-2005.
Chad has been the President of RHJ since 2005, taking over full ownership in January 2018.
He is also the Director of MCABC and NRCA.
Paul Baylis
Paul, born in Calgary, Alberta in 1974 was lucky enough to live all over the world as a Military Brat! He settled into "home" here in Prince George when his Dad retired from the Military in 1988. He graduated from College Heights Secondary School shortly after, married and had two beautiful daughters.
Paul started in the plumbing wholesale business right after high school and went from shipping and receiving to counter sales, inside sales, outside account manager and branch manager. His 20 years in the industry gives him a vast knowledge of the trade which he has applied as General Manager/Estimator for RH Jones over the past eight years.
ERIC PETERS
Eric grew up and completed his apprenticeship in the lower mainland. Starting in the trade in 1990, most time was spent working on high rise and commercial projects. After moving to the north in 2006 , and gaining great insight into northern piping projects, he joined the RHJ team in 2013 as a foreman on various commercial projects. Since 2014, Eric has carried the role of Supervisor, leading the outside operations and continues to this day to work with crews who put us among the very best in northern B.C. for quality and safety.
It's not all business for Eric though! He has been an active Boy Scout leader for the past four years, motivated by his seven year old best friend. He is also a huge fan of his 16 year old daughter! In his spare time you will see him outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting and even volunteering with the College Heights Community Association.

ABOUT RHJ
Established in 1979, RH Jones & Son Mechanical Ltd. was started by Robert Hughes Jones, known to many family and friends as Bob! In 1995, his son Danny took over operations and ran the company successfully before passing away years later. In 2004, Coleen Jones and Chad Kinsley took over RHJ.
In 2011, we added a complete HVAC division, making the RHJ team a full service mechanical contractor company in northern British Columbia.
Our services include plumbing, heating, pipe fitting, fire protection, gas fitting, back-flow prevention, HVAC ventilation, air conditioning and commercial duct cleaning.

Jones doing projects in my facility, a hospital, for the past several years. the projects worked on consisted of sheet metal work, plumbing, repairing an obsolete heating system, replacing exhaust fans and installing a/c units. On each of the projects the staff is very precise and meticulous in regard to the project layout and materials used, ensuring the equipment purchased fits the appropriate circumstance. The project managers go out of their way to research and located the necessary equipment for each and every job.
Employees that attend the job site to do the install are very professional and that shows in the quality of work during and at the completion of each project.
